Return Eligibility

• Earrings or other jewellery that have been worn or used.
• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper storage, or improper handling.
• Products altered, repaired, customized, or modified after delivery.
• Products purchased under clearance, final-sale, or non-returnable promotional offers.
• Customized or personalized products, where applicable.
• Products returned without original packaging, tags, labels, or included accessories.

Minor variations in color, texture, pattern, embroidery, finish, or appearance that may naturally occur due to photography, screens, manufacturing, or handcrafted processes may not be considered a defect.

Return Request Process

To request a return:

1. Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the order.
2. Provide your order number and details of the issue.
3. Share clear photographs or videos of the product, packaging, labels, and the reported damage, defect, or incorrect item.
4. Our team will review the request and may request additional information if required.
5. If the request is approved, you will receive instructions regarding the return process.

Return requests submitted after the specified timeframe may not be accepted.

Products should not be shipped back without receiving return instructions from Vagha Nakshi.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, our team will determine whether the product qualifies for a refund.

If the refund is approved:

• The refund will generally be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Refund processing may take approximately 5–10 business days after approval, depending on the bank, payment gateway, or financial institution.
• Shipping charges, where applicable, are generally non-refundable unless the return is a result of an error attributable to Vagha Nakshi.
• Any refund amount may be subject to applicable deductions in accordance with the circumstances of the order and applicable policy terms.

If a return request is rejected after inspection, the customer may be informed of the reason for rejection.

Exchange Policy

For eligible cases involving damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect products, Vagha Nakshi may provide a replacement or exchange, subject to product availability and approval.

If the same product is unavailable, we may provide an alternative solution such as:

• An alternative product of suitable value
• Store credit
• Refund

The final resolution will depend on product availability and the circumstances of the case.

Order Cancellation

• Customers may request cancellation before the order has been dispatched.
• Once an order has been shipped or dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
• Approved cancellations will generally be refunded to the original payment method.
• Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Orders that have already entered the shipping process may need to be handled under the applicable return or delivery procedure.

Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses to accept a shipment without a valid reason, or if a delivery fails because of incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the customer, the package may be returned to Vagha Nakshi.

In such cases, any eligible refund may be subject to deduction of applicable shipping, return shipping, handling, or other charges incurred in connection with the order.
